  • Q2. How to extend the date of use?
  • A2. Given only one top-up chance, it is 3,000 won per day and 30days is the maximum date for extention, since this SIM has been created for foreign travelers visiting Korea in short period. how to top up

  • Q3. Is it able to add only minutes for calling to my plan?
  • A3. It is not allowed to add minutes or data seperately. Only extention of date is allowed.
    Please be careful not to overuse your original plan (ex.more than 100min or 100 texts), if you do, balance will be deducted and the valid will be shorted as well.

  • Q5. Is it allowed for people who have Korean Passport to use this SIM?
  • A5. It is possible only when you have any documents certifying overseas residence proof.
    (when you have Korean passport, you may take a photo of your passport with an overseas residence proof in one camera screen and attach that one photo.)
  • Q6. Authentication with our SIM is possible?
  • A6. No, it's not. Since this SIM's user name is registered with corporate name, ANNEXTELECOM, not customer's personal name. But KakaoTalk or LINE APP is allowed for you to get authentication.
  • Q7. International calling service?
  • A7. Sorry, we do not serve international calling service with our SIM. You may have to visit convenience store near you to get `overseas calling service card`.
  • Q8. How to use KT alleh Wi-fi in public?
  • A8. Please contact us at 1544-4344 to register your Wi-fi MAC address.
    If it is a mobile device manufactured from non-korean countries, give us IMEI number as well.
    You may be no necessary to register Mac to use Private Wi-fi.
  • Q9. Even after turning off and on a phone several times, SIM does not work. Why?
  • A9.
    Android
    1) Check if your own mobile device is unlocked or not.
    2) Check Wifi OFF/ Airplan mode OFF/ Data network mode ON
    3) Try to put our sim card into another phone to check which one is malfunctionaing, sim card or mobile device. Even though it is all done, still having issues, call us at 1544-4344.

    iPhone
    1) Check if your own mobile device is unlocked or not.
    2) Check Wifi OFF/ Airplan mode OFF/ Data network mode ON
    3) Try to put our sim card into another phone to check which one is malfunctionaing, sim card or mobile device.
    4) You are required to change SIM when Iphone is totally powered off. In case of changing SIM without powering off : Settings>General>Resettings>Network settings (Need to reset)
    5) You may contact Apple service call center at 080-333-4000 about Iphone settings problems.
